| Dr MANCHALA Professor and Head also acting as Director P.G.Studies and Student affairs, received her degree in psychology, post graduate degree in HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, Ph.D from ANDHRA UNIVERSITY, & MASTER OF BUSINES ADMINISTRATION from NAGARJUNA UNIVERSITY; She possesses 25 years of teaching experience and involved in various training programs and trained significant number of AP state employees on communication, Interpersonal skills, stress management etc, on behalf of Dr MCR HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT Institute. She also conducted training classes to Andhra Bank employees on customer relationship management communication etc. she has submitted number of research papers in National and International Seminars. Latest research is focused on work life balance, workforce diversity and Innovation. |
