MAHAVEER INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, BANDLAGUDA HYDERABAD
 Professor D B G Reddy heads the Polytechnic in the Mahaveer Institute of Science and Technology. He has obtained M.Tech (Electrical and Electronics with specialization in Information Technology in Power Engineering) from JNTU, Hyderabad. He has over a decade of experience in teaching. He started his career as an Asst. Professor in Electrical and Electronics Engg Dept. Over the years, he became the Associate Professor in 2006 and was elevated to the rank of Professor in 2011. He disseminates knowledge and skills to the B.Tech and M.Tech students.
Recognizing his immense experience, potential and managerial abilities in academics and administration, the management of Mahaveer Institute of Science and Technology has appointed him as the Principal of Polytechnic which was established in 2009 in the same campus. The three year courses run by the Polytechnic lead to the award of Diploma in Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical, Electronics and Communication and Computer engineering.
He has attended several national and international seminars and has published papers for various research journals. He is currently pursuing Ph.D in Flexible AC Transmission Systems from JNTU, Hyderabad. |
